By using ZelFinance, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, not appear on any applicable sanctions list, and provide accurate information during registration.
3. Account Registration
New accounts are subject to review before activation. One account is permitted per person. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
4. Identity Verification (KYC)
We are required by regulation to verify your identity for certain account features. Failure to complete verification may restrict account functionality.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use ZelFinance for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any illegal activity.
6. Fees and Charges
Fees are displayed before you confirm any transaction. We do not apply retroactive fee changes to completed transactions.
7. Transactions
Completed transactions are generally final. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.
8. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to freeze or suspend accounts found in violation of these Terms, pending investigation.
9. Intellectual Property
The ZelFinance platform, brand, and all associated materials are our intellectual property.
10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for losses resulting from user error, third-party service failures, or events outside our reasonable control.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable financial services regulations in our jurisdiction of incorporation.
12. Changes to Terms
We will notify users at least 30 days in advance of any material changes to these Terms.
